Sincere efforts and a dynamic approach for the last 31 years enabled the entry of BMM into global market and helped meet the target of 3 million tones of iron ore export in 2008. Today, BMM stands strong with an aim to export 4 million tones of iron ore in 2008-09. And to achieve this target, has acquired small and medium sized mines around Bellary and Hospet

Infrastructure BMM has always used the most environmental friendly procedures for Mining, with the help of highly mechanized mining infrastructure, which includes mines with high grade in Bellary - Hospet belt.

To gain higher grades of iron ore BMM initiated grade enhancement processes like beneficiation and pellet making. This process also supports in creating a hazard free environment and minimizes pollution by clearing low grade ore.

Being one of the few exporters to have a plot for stacking and holding ore in Chennai ports, BMM also operates from Panjim, Kakinada, Karwar and Mangalore.

An acknowledgement to the intense research and efforts is winning the exporter of the year award from CAPELIX for FOUR CONSECUTIVE YEARS.
